We stayed over the halloween weekend and it was like a horror movie! they had no tv, alarm clock, shampoo and they put a screw in the shower knob so it could not get above luke warm! we were promised a cabin, not an overpriced room, and we didn't get the breakfast, lunch and dinner they promised either. they told us we could only pay $1000 in cash for a hunting guide and a room for 3 nights. however the guide, Troy, showed up and showed the two hunters 4 spots for $500 cash and was never seen again. later i called because this money situation did not seem right. the foreign owner Stan hung up on me and kept repeating that we got a good deal and should have been charged more, however he said he did not have record how much we paid for our room. I saw on a different site that they accept visa after they told us we had to pay cash. a rude, sketchy, unfulfilled promises place. do not go. I will never go to another resort without looking at reviews first becaues of this!

Terrible place to spend a night. "Motel" building is old, looking spooky, same as the whole ranch. Rooms old and bad looking. "Salon and restaurant" of course didn't work. Don't expect to eat there, will have to go to the nearest town- Fairplay. Good luck on finding the road and ranch in the dark on your way back. No horses or horse riding that day-was Saturday-strange! Terrible steel roofing on motel, rained few times, noise was terrible, woke up us early that morning. We were happy when we had to leave on the morning. I can't recommend this place to anybody. Look for another place around to spend night.
